Her career reflects extensive expertise across multiple regions of the country, having led and participated in baryte mining operations in Nasarawa, Benue, and Cross River States. Her deep understanding of mineral exploration, extraction, and operational management has positioned her as a respected figure in the industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, a background that complements her technical experience by enhancing her leadership, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy capabilities within the mining ecosystem.

Diamond currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Mining Association of Nigeria (MAN), Cross River State Chapter, where she contributes to policy development and the promotion of responsible mining practices. She is also the Vice President of Women in Mining Nigeria (WIMN), Cross River State Chapter, actively advancing gender inclusion, professional development, and equitable participation in the sector.
