At the core of our operations is the Raymond Roller Mill (R-Series), a high-performance grinding system designed to deliver consistently fine mineral powders for a range of industrial applications. The system utilizes precision-engineered rollers, grinding rings, and a regulated airflow mechanism to achieve stable, even grinding with uniform particle distribution. Baryte is milled to the specific gravity (S.G) and fineness required by the oil and gas sector—particularly for drilling mud formulation and density control. Lead and zinc ores undergo similar refinement, with the mill’s adjustable fineness settings enabling us to supply the precise mesh sizes demanded by the chemical, paint, and metallurgy industries.
Our quality control team conducts continuous assessments for particle size uniformity, moisture content, purity, and specific gravity. The products are typically packaged in 1.5-ton jumbo bags for bulk delivery locally or internationally. This integrated workflow—crushing, milling, grading, and packaging—supports a weekly production output of 70–100 metric tons of processed baryte, alongside steady lead and zinc supply for regional and international clients.
